PARING KNIFE PERFORMER 9CM

Peeling, slicing, decorating — the Performer 3 1/2" Paring Knife is made for detailed prep work. A small knife with a big impact, it brings maximum control to your kitchen. Segment citrus, lard meat, peel shallots, trim strawberry tops. You get the idea: This knife is an essential.

Performer knives are enhanced with a deep-black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) performance finish, which makes our blades uniquely strong and durable. This finish is heat-resistant, scratchproof, and resilient to damage. No matter the conditions, it sets new standards for frictionless slicing. The non-slip Hexagon-Power-Grip© design on the handles guarantees unmatched control with every cut. A full bolster (the forged thickening between the blade and the handle) further ensures perfect weight and balance.
