SparClean Detergent II is a non-chlorinated, non-foaming warewashing detergent for use in both low and high temperature dish machines. SparClean Detergent II provides the alkalinity needed to effectively clean and remove tough greasy soils from dishes. The formulation works extremely well with both SparClean High and Low Temperature Rinse Aids to produce clean, spot free dishes.
