To withstand high-volume use in commercial dishwashers, it's made of durable, chemical-resistant polypropylene that endures temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Water and air can move through the open interior and surround dishware for thorough cleaning and drying, while the rack's closed exterior walls protect contents from contamination. To improve organization, it features a navy blue base that can be implemented into color-coded systems.
